Consulere was founded on the principles of integrity and sound business excellence.  We have worked with clients who have suffered through poorly planned, poorly staffed, and poorly run projects. Our team set out to create a company that would understand the client’s core needs and develop an implementation plan, that would allow for the least amount of business interruptions, while maximizing your team’s productivity. ​

Benjamin Neikirk
Co-Founder

Co-Founder, President, & member of Consulere's Board of Directors, Benjamin oversees the company's development & direction, bringing 28 years of operational & business management experience to the team. He is the primary officer responsible for all contractual, legal, & financial affairs. 

Prior to co-founding Consulere Resources, he was Vice president of Operations for a global Systems Integrator headquartered in Schaumburg, IL. He actively serves on the board of directors for several businesses, and continues to work as a business coach and mentor.

Robert Gonzales
​Co-Founder

Co-Founder, Robert Gonzalez is responsible for the overall operations & IT support of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) clientele. He has over 26 years of diversified & comprehensive experience, developing & implementing procedural standards for system operations, specifically targeting process procedures.
​
​Robert has provided direct implementation, training, data analysis, & end user support for clientele utilizing Maximo 6 & 7. ​He is also highly skilled with technical documentation, customized training programs, creating equipment hierarchies, asset attributes, & detailed specifications.
